10 Pull-ups

Cash Out: With partner, partner hangs while you complete 10 T2B, come down as necessary. Switch. Repeat both until 20 total T2B have been completed by both teammates.

MOB: Roll Posterior, IT Bands, Lats / Lax Chest and Shoulders
