40 burpees to plate (45/25), 30 snatches (75/45 lbs)
30 burpees to plate (45/25), 30 snatches (135/75 lbs)
20 burpees to plate (45/25), 30 snatches (165/100 lbs)
10 burpees to plate (45/25), AMRAP snatches (210/120 lbs)

Coach’s Notes: One of our members wanted to work on snatches before our internal comp on Saturday, so here ya go!
