WoD for April 12th, 2017

Group: 3’ EMOM
5 Air Squats
5 pull-ups
5 push-ups
5 sit-ups

WoD: For the LEAST number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals for each movement.
Each movement will be done for 8 cycles of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds of rest, with a minute of rest in between. Finish all 8 cycles before moving to the next movement. Start on the row if class size allows.

Score: The sum of the LEAST number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals for each movement.  You should have 5 numbers, lowest for each movement, and add them together.
