Strength: 15’ to find 5RM Bench Press

WOD: 4 RFT:

Note: Set up cones 30’ feet apart. In the first round, one lap, in the second 2 and so forth with weight overhead

Run/Walk 60 feet with Plate overhead (45/25)
20 DU a/b (60 Singles)
10 Alternating pistols a/b) 20 Air Squats
Add 60 feet each round.

Cash out: Turkish Get ups, 5 each arm, heavy but perfect

MOB: Roll Quads / Lax Achilles
