Strength: 15′ to find 2RM Hang Snatch (power or SQUAT)

WoD: For Time, 10-20-30 Double Upward ladder of:

T2B a) KTE b) High Knees
Jumping Lunges (L+R = 1) a/b) In Place Lunge c) x .5 Lunge

Cash out: 2 x 5 Turkish Get-ups, lighter but perfect each side

MOB: Lax Glutes and shoulders, Cat pose to stretch Abs
