MOB: Hip Openers

200m Run
12 Weight Walking Lunges (4/525 held at chest level, not overhead) (L+R=2)
10 Deck Squats

MOB: 2’ each leg Screaming Pigeons / Lax Glutes / Roll Posterior and IT Bands
