30 DUs a/b) 90 Singles
20 Mountain Climbers (L+R = 2)
20 Walking Lunges (L+R = 2)
10 HR Push-ups a/b) Wormy or From Knees

Cash out: Turkish Get-ups 5 each side, heavy but perfect

Coach’s Notes: Today’s strength is not going to build as much strength as it’s simply going to flush out all the lactic acid you’re feeling from Monday. Your legs will actually feel better from doing this afterwards than skipping today’s WoD! The Metcon is just simply near redline event. Catch your breath on the lunges and push hard through the rest of it!
