In teams of 2 or 3, Complete the following:
Teammate #1: Deadlift hold (185/130) a) 135/95 b) 95/65
Teammate #2: 5 Air squats, 3 Box Over Burpees
Score = Total Rounds + reps
Coach’s Notes: Teammate #2 can only work while the deadlift is in the “top” position.
