Review: The Proper Push-up (finding torque, keeping the shoulder safe)

10 Hang Power Cleans (95/65) a) 75/55 b) 65/45
15 HR Push-ups a/b) Wormy or from knees c) at angle against wall

MOB: Roll Posterior Chain / Lax pecs and shoulders
