Make Up WoD for September 23rd, 2016

If you’ve missed a lift (Back squat, Deadlift, Strict Press, OHS, Snatch, Clean & Jerk, or Bench Press) in the last week or so, now’s your time to redeem yourself.

Group: As necessary

WoD: Make up 1 or more lifts as you see fit. A clock will be started at the bottom of the hour for those that want to catch up on a metcon they missed!

MOB: As necessary (ask your coach depending on what you did)
