Air squats

WOD: 12’ AMRAP

Add 6 Air Squats per round
Add 3 HSPUs per round  a)  1 Abmat ROM  b)  Bands  c) box

Notes: 1st Round, do 3 HSPU and 6 air squats. 2nd Round, do 6 HSPU, 12 Air squats, 3rd Round, 9 and 18, until time runs out

Score = total reps
