Day 79 of the 100-Day Burpee Challenge

Group: Burgener Warm-up

Strength: 15’ to Find 2RM Squat Snatch (1st from Hang, 2nd from Ground) – you can drop the bar, but you must get back on it quickly for the second snatch attempt. It’s also OK to Touch – and – Go (TnG) the second snatch as well. If you can’t do full squat snatch, a muscle snatch and OHS will suffice.

30 DU (90 Singles)
Cash out: Tabata Sit-ups
