Strength: 20’ to find 1RM Clean & Jerk (Squat or Power)

Review:  Kipping HSPU

WoD:  7′ AMRAP

5 HSPU  a) 2″ Riser (abmat)  b) Banded  c) Box

5 Squat Clean  (135/95)  a) 115/80  b) 95/65  (OK to do a power clean and then Front Squat as a scale)

MOB: Roll Quads & Posterior Chain / Lax Shoulders and Triceps
