WoD: 10 to 1 Inverse Ladder for Time
Deadlifts (225/155) a) 185/135 b) 155/110 c) <= 110 HSPUs a) Lt Bl/Red Bands b) Other Bands c) Box HSPUs Do 10 Deadlifts then do 1 HSPU. Then, do 9 Deadlifts and 2 HSPU. Finish with 1 Deadlift and 10 HSPU. Coach’s Tip: You’ll be doing 55 of each movement, so choose wisely your weights. Would like this WoD done in 14 minutes or less.
