Jumping Jacks
Med Ball Kick ups

WoD: 12’ AMRAP
10 DUs
10 Thrusters (75/55) a) 65/45 b) 45/35 c) <b
20 DUs
10 Thrusters (75/55) a) 65/45 b) 45/35 c) <b
30 DUs etc….

Notes: Every round, add 10 DUs to your total. Thrusters remain the same.

Score = Rounds + Reps

Cash out:  50 weighted sit-ups with a partner, throwing it back and forth.  Do a sit up even when you don’t have the med ball.

MOB: Roll quads / Lax Shoulders
