Bicycles
Handstand holds against the wall

Technique: Skin the Cat

Strength: 15’ to Find 3RM Push Jerk (from rack)

WOD: 15’ AMRAP

20 Jumping Lunges (L+R=1) (remember to hop with knees and hips extended at top of each rep)
20 Pull-ups a) Light Bands b) Heavy Bands c) Ring Rows
5 Pass-throughs on parallettes (Front to Back to Front = 1) a/b) Raise as necessary

MOB: Roll Quads and Lats / Lax Shoulders and Glutes
