Daily WoD
In teams of two or three, complete:

Row 1500m
50 pull ups (or banded)
75 kb swings 53/35lb
100 box jump overs (24/20)
75 kb swings 1.5/1.0pd
50 pull ups
Row 1500m

*You can break up reps however you like BUT row must alternate every 200m
