WoD for May 18th, 2017

Group: Medball Squat Clean

Strength: in 15’, complete 3×3 Back Squat @ 80% of 1RM

WoD: 10 to 1 Ladder* For Time

Medball Squat Cleans (20/14) or less
x5 Single Unders (those of you doing DUs will be scaled)

*20ft of straight armed and legged bear crawls between each round

Notes: First round is 10 cleans and 50 singles, second round is 9 cleans and 45 singles, etc…
Finish the WoD with a bear crawl

MOB: Roll Quads / Mash Achilles
