5 PVC tempo OHS (2,2,1)  Down on a 2 count, bottom in a 2 count, up on a 1 count

10 abmat sit ups

15 lateral hops over PVC

Technique:  3 x 30 seconds HS Wall Hold

3 x 10 shoulder taps (chest to wall) (optional)

3 x max L-sit hang

WoD: Death by Meters Lunging – 10’

Comp: Add a 45/25lb bumper

MOB: Lax Glutes / Roll Quads
