Review: Deadlift / Warm-up deadlift

WoD: 12’ EMOM

Odd Minute: 10 Bar Facing (over) Burpees
Even Minute: 5 Deadlifts at a load you desire. You can change load as desired.

Score = Accumulated load of each round. Ex: You do 5 @ 275, you get 275 points. Don’t count a round of deads if you didn’t get your 10 bar facing burpees in the round before completed.

MOB: Roll Posterior Chain thoroughly
