Group Warm-up
Plank / Squat for 6′
Athletes break up into partners. Partner 1 is stationed on one side of the gym and partner 2 is on the opposite side. At 3-2-1 Go! partner 1 does 6 air squats as quickly as possibly while partner 2 holds a plank. Partner 2 is only allowed to come out of plank once they are tagged by partner. Partner 1 runs back to their side
Partner 1 then runs back to their side of the gym and starts planking while Partner 2 squats, etc…

15′ AMRAP Run/CLEANS/Burpees
At the beginning at the 5 minute marks (0, 5, 10), both teammates will run 400m. Once back in the gym, complete as many rounds as possible
