In teams of 2 or 3, one person working at a time. If possible, completely finish a round before partner goes of:

14 RFT (7 each):

8/6 cal AAB or 10/8 cal Row
10 OH plate lunge 45/25lb a) 35/15 b) 25/10
1 rope climb (3 rope progressions)

Roll Quads, Lats
Lax Glutes
