Air squat
HR Push-ups

WoD: 20’ for teams of 2 (teams of 1, do half the reps)

2 x 20 cal Row then AMRAP,

50 total KBS (1.5/1.0pd)
50 total mat facing burpees (leave with 2 feet, land with 2 feet)
50 synchronous air squats (down together, up together, rest together)
50 total HR Push ups

MOB: Roll Everything / Lax pecs-shoulder insert
