Review: Push Jerk (in circle)

Strength: 15’ to complete to 3RM Push Jerk

WoD: 10’ AMRAP

In teams of 2 or 3, choose a weight for the team to push jerk from the rack.

Push Jerk (from rack) while partner runs 200m and complete 5 T2B a/b) High Knees, then switch places. Keep up with accumulated push jerks.

Score = Total Reps (by team) x load

Coach’s Notes: Keep this moving and don’t put the bar down very much! Run hard and relieve your partner as quickly as you can!

MOB: Roll Posterior, IT Bands, and Quads / Lax Glutes and Pecs
