40 Abmat Sit-ups

30 Abmat Sit-ups

10HR Push-ups
20 Abmat Sit-ups

5HR Push-ups
10Abmat Sit-ups

MOB: Lax Chest and Shoulders and Triceps (use a bar on a rack)
