Coach’s Notes: You’re going to need to be honest with yourself today. You’re also going to want to have your first station set up today by 10 after so you can get right into your lifts! What we’re look for is a heavy set of 3, 3 times. But, if you can only finish sets at that you wanted, counted the third set and use that as your score for the day. So, you’ll want to be careful “going for it” today…
